| We have a beautiful ¾ grooved axe that Don Schultz found and
you are looking at the “good” side of this marvelous artifact.
Don and I went out into the fields and he showed me where he found this
axe and also the ones shown in the next two pages. All were found on one
site, a large hill that is adjacent to an original creek in this area.
Unfortunately there was a fourth axe but he sold that one a long time
ago. We are very fortunate that these three artifacts remained in
his collection and they will be documented.
