Second time to this new creek, last time Joey found the 5" Etley. Found this piece about 200yds downstream from the Etley in a wide flat part of the creek. It was filled with loose sand and gravel, all nice and clean from a big storm about 10 days ago. This creek contained lots and lots of excellent quality flint for knapping. Found a couple of scrapers too. Can't wait for the next storm.... |
