People have written me wanting some more pics of Bev's dig.
So here they are:

Bev's a great host and an all-round nice person.
Eight groups have already booked for a dig, so Bev's happy.
 

This part of the site, a Woodland ash midden, was where we concentrated.
The ash makes wearing a mask a sensible thing.

Even the kids got into the dig: Seth - Son of Roy S. (Odessa)
Sean - Son of Matt B. (Austin)
 

Doug made good use of this screen. Note the fired rocks.
