| Digging is done by "level"---- a level is usually 10 centimeters in depth, but can be whatever constant the field conditions dictate. since a unit is not by nature perfectly level, one's got to monitor the level as one digs to keep the floor of the unit consistent.... Here a line level is used to check depth. |
