| Here's a unit dug in a very stony area---- note that the unit's sides cannot be exactly squared off. This unit has been dug to 2 levels.... we already had decided that 10cm levels were too small, so we shifted to digging 20cm levels. It is important to remember that conditions dictate a lot of the how-to-dig questions. The most important thing is to dig with a consistency, keeping the hole level and as square as possible to assure accurate measurements. |
