This is the collection from the Needles Outpost.  They collected by the owners on their own land just outside of the entrance to the Canyonlands
National Park, on private property, so it probably falls outside of the restrictions on anything found on BLM land needing to be left be.
 
The redstone is amazing stuff, brilliant in coloration.  Nice small drill on top, eh?  The reduced resolution in this picture doesn't do justice to the nice little translucent stripped piece in the middle, or the serrations on the top center piece.  So below this picture is a detail of these.
