Hello from the Boston Mountains of the Ozarks.
I'm down in Newton County Arkansas, on the top of one of these high hills.

So I figured that the tops of these mtns was going be a hard place to find
anything. Water dries up in the creeks around July, and it's steep, and not
easy to get up and down this mtn.

Now Ive been told that back then the water table was much higher, and water
was available even up here on top.
