I found what has to be a Mississippian site that I have since found out only a few people have looked on (up until 8 years ago it had been a pasture for 60 years).  I have found 3 discoidals (1 is museum quality), a full grooved axe with some damage, 1 perfect celt, 1 celt that has a 1/2 inch chip out of the bit, 4 broken celts, 5 broken adzes, a broken hematite pendant, approx 200 broken points or blades (I haven't counted), and 35 perfect points.  Pottery shards covers this field.  The farmer just disked it again and I am waiting on rain!!!  I will try to get some pics.  The farmer after seeing my nice discoidal told me he has 6 very similar to mine.  I hope he invites me over to see his stuff.
