Hal found the large biface at a site he was invited to--- unfortunately, after seeing the blade (and dollar signs in their brains) those who invited him took the blade away, with a ruse that they wanted to photograph it! This is one of the saddest stories I've heard in awhile. Hal's a great guy and was treated wrongly. The guys who took the blade are slugs, thieves as far as I'm concerned. Hal's going to court.... to be continued. We need to be out there saving artifacts and not in court!
