From Dirt Bro Ollie
Wolters in Austin Texas:
I really dig yalls website and the work that yall have done. It's really sad to see so much land developed. I've lived in Austin for my whole life, but very unfortunely haven't begun rescuing artifacts until about six months ago. Everything in the pictures has been found on my family's land on a bluff above Lake Austin, and at some relatively, but not for long, undisturbed patches of land where I walk my dog. The construction site that with the large piles of dirt-artifacts-burned rocks have been interesting to browse through. Tons of nutting stones and other artifacts have been pulled out of them. That land is doomed for apartment complexes, but several nearby acres, where I found the broken Andice or Bell, scallorn, the black seemingly resharpened early point, obsidian and more are holding many more artifacts waiting to be found. The burned rock and the "West Bank" are shots of this land. Thanks Ollie!
