...so far at this site I've done no digging ,, some horses are caving off the banks in behind a barn & flint is everywhere,, this spot is 1/4 of a mile north & west of Iron mountian ,,here in southern Illinois,, Jonesboro Illinois,, i guess you have heard of iron mountian kaolin flint? I think the site is a very large flint workshop,, can't take a step at this site,, without crunching flint chips,,  this next pic looks like a scraper knife but maybe it's not finished ,, very thin for the size ,just over 5 inches.
